Qualifications

CA / CPA (US) / ACCA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) / MBA (Finance)

What You'll Do

Audit Professionals

• Execute and lead audit engagements from planning through reporting

• Perform risk assessments and analytical review procedures

• Review financial statements and audit documentation

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, and US GAAP requirements

• Collaborate with global teams and client stakeholders

• Leverage audit technology and data analytics to drive efficiency

• Mentor and support junior team members

Accounting Professionals

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, financial reporting, and month-end close processes

• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Taxation, and Fixed Assets

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports

• Strengthen internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities

• Work closely with international clients and onshore teams

What We're Looking For

Experience ranging from 0-6+ years in Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Professional Services

Strong knowledge of: • IFRS, Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, US GAAP

• Auditing standards, internal controls, and risk frameworks

Hands-on experience with: • Quick Books, Xero, Net Suite, or similar ERP/accounting platforms

• Advanced MS Excel and reporting tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams is preferred
