Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the suites manager suites supervisors, this associate is charged with the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and providing support to suites and the team of front-line service associates. The associate must be available to work majority to all of the events taking place.This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively to ensure the overall successful operation of the departmentTakes direction from the suites manager or suites supervisor for game day responsibilitiesParticipates in the pre-event huddlesSupports a hospitable environment by greeting guests throughout the stadiumVerifies and transports hot boxes and speed racks from/to the kitchen and pantryDistributes food/beverage and other service products from the pantry or kitchen to correct locationsProvides quick and attentive follow up for any delivery errorsAssists with keeping the pantry inventory in orderAssists with keeping the pantry clean throughout the dayRetrieves service ware from suites for return to the kitchen throughout the day as directedCompletes opening and closing side work as assignedAssists with the breakdown of assigned locations at the end of the eventThoroughly cleans and assists with the breakdown of the pantry at the end of the dayChecks out with the pantry supervisor and/or lead runner at the end of the dayPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES• Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management, and stadium departments• Excellent guest service skills, ability to adhere to Service Standards• Ability to complete all required training sessions• Ability to work accurately, courteously, and with a sense of urgency in a high pressure environment• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds; ability to pull/push up to 100 pounds• Ability to frequently walk long distances while pulling/pushing a cart, hot box, or speed rackStrengthened by Our Differences.
