Job Description -

• Lead the project management team for all international projects.
• Act as a focal point for all communications with the international clients.
• Ensure kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, interface meetings and project closure meetings are organized and lead from the front.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Procurement, Technical Services, Quality, Operations, Planning, Logistics, EXIM, Finance) and the Customer to effectively resolve the matters pertaining to each function.
• Monitoring timely submission of commercial documents, Weekly and Monthly reports, updating data in SAP, and timely closure of customer complaints/doubts.
• Timely reporting to the higher management on the project status & raise red flags to ensure swift resolution.
• Strategic meetings with internal stakeholders on the projects of sequencing & deliverable.
• Cashflow projection against each project as per their respective payment milestones.
• Sales projection & providing business plan on the projects in hand.\

Experience - 12-15 Years of experience in Project Management.

Qualification - Graduation with MBA, PGDM, Project Management.
