CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – CHAT PROCESS Location: Pune Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 5 Days a Week Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Off Shift: Rotational Shifts Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Pune for the Chat Process . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through chat, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers. Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines. Meet individual and team performance targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduates / Undergraduates can apply, depending on company requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. Preferred Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, chat process, or related roles.
