Job Title: Technical Support II - AV TechnicianLocation: New York, NYDuration: Contract position
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and video conferencing equipment.Respond to ServiceNow video conferencing support requests.Conduct proactive conference room inspections to identify and prevent technical issues.Plan, set up, and provide technical support for live and hybrid events.Support high-visibility meetings involving senior leadership and external guests.Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly during live events.Communicate effectively with business partners regarding technical capabilities and limitations.Collaborate with AV Operations, Events, Network Operations, and Event Technology teams.Assist with broadcast studio productions and company-wide events.
