What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviewsDrive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants intohiresSupport key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiativesDeliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgencyLeverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting

Minimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations
Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:Professional ATS and internet sourcing platformsData interpretation tools to drive hiring efficiency
