Staff Accountant - Construction

LHH is partnered with a growing, mid-size company seeking to add a Staff Accountant to the team as a result of an upcoming acquisition. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team that offers strong mentorship and clear upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the month-end close process as needed
• Ensure accurate job costing
• Prepare and process client billing
• Assist with building and maintaining dashboards
• Provide support with accounts payable
• Participate in special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of accounting experience, internships count!
• Strong Excel skills required
• Construction or relevant industry experience is preferred, but not required
