Tufts Medical Center seeks a Weekend Intake Registered Nurse to manage intake and triage for patients arriving on weekends. In this on-site role, you’ll perform rapid, thorough nursing assessments, prioritize care needs, and coordinate safe, timely admissions and transfers. Working within a collaborative, academic medical center, you’ll use evidence-based practices, advanced technology, and strong clinical judgment to guide decisions. You’ll document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-focused, high-quality care.
