Candidates must be well-spoken and confident interacting with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times.What Does A Squishable Retail Sales Lead Do?The Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan. Responsibilities include:Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with company priorities and valuesEnforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categoriesHolds self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivityActs as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)Resolves customer issues with a solution-oriented, forward-thinking approach; partners with the Store Manager and/or the District or Regional Manager as appropriateDevelops individual and team product knowledge to stay up to date on all current Squishable in-store productsAssists in supervising the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and use company tools; empowers others and encourages individual growthQualifications2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environmentPassion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team membersExceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environmentFeedback is a gift!
