We are looking for an energetic and experienced Video Editing Manager who can lead our editing team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the video editing team, assign projects, and ensure timely completion.
• Review, refine, and improve videos before publishing.
• Convert scripts and raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.
• Enhance storytelling through pacing, B-rolls, graphics, motion graphics, sound design, and music.
• Maintain consistent video quality and visual standards across all content.
• Collaborate with content, research, thumbnail, and production teams.
• Create editing templates, SOPs, and efficient workflows.
• Analyze audience retention insights and continuously improve editing quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience .
• Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve .
• Understanding of YouTube storytelling, audience retention, and content trends.
• Ability to lead editors and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing skills is mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur .
