To ensure a seamless transition for pre-hires, the full-time remote Preboarding Specialist will process offer letters, collaborate with HR and hiring teams, and manage pre-hire tasks while maintaining compliance and high standards of accuracy. Key responsibilities Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition to gather information for accurate offer letters Communicate with candidates regarding offer details and ensure timely completion of pre-hire tasks Monitor progress from offer letter submission to employee start date and propose improvements to enhance the candidate experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related area, or a high school graduate/GED with at least 3 years of relevant work experience Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours Prior experience in HR or a similar role is preferred Familiarity with Workday and document management tools Strong customer service focus with excellent organizational and time-management skills
