Commercial Maintenance Technician (Albuquerque, NM)

Pay Range: $27-30/hour Job Summary Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely service to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves traveling to various customer sites using a company-provided vehicle and tools to maintain commercial properties. The position performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, along with troubleshooting and general building services. The technician builds strong, face-to-face relationships with customers while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. This role requires a multi-skilled approach, utilizing trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other disciplines as needed to resolve maintenance issues.
