Immigration Attorney (Student Visas)

Ascendia Law is looking for an independent immigration attorney (student visas)We're expanding our network of trusted counsel and are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to collaborate with us on a case-by-case basis as an independent contractor.

What we're looking for:• 3+ years of experience in F-1 and J-1 visas, OPT, and related student visa matters for foreign students in the U.S.• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, or an LL.M. with bar admission• Admitted and in good standing in any U.S. state• Authorized to work in the U.S.• Spanish speaking is a plus• South Florida resident is a plus, but the work can be done remotely from any U.S. state
