Job Description
7 Experience supporting user onboarding and offboarding. Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Windows laptop builds. Experience with Windows Cloud PC (VDI) provisioning. Experience managing on-site IT inventory. Service Desk support experience, primarily supporting the India team. Experience with Windows patching and backups. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, OneDrive, and Windows environments including Autopilot, DNS, and DHCP.
