Certified Surgical Technician

Adventist Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician for our CVOR team. In this role, you will support complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries by preparing the OR, organizing sterile instruments, and anticipating surgeon needs. You will scrub in for procedures, ensure strict aseptic technique, manage surgical supplies and equipment, and assist with specimen handling and counts. Collaborating closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia staff, you’ll help deliver safe, efficient care in a faith-based, mission-driven environment that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
