Tallento.ai is hiring experienced Mathematics Faculty for leading national coaching institutes across India.

Salary: ₹6 LPA–₹45 LPA

Joining: Immediate and next academic session

Employment: Full-time, onsite

Levels: Foundation, IIT-JEE Main, JEE Advanced and Classes 11–12

Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, Patna, Kota, Sikar, Dehradun, Kochi, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Mysuru, Thiruvananthapuram, Surat, Vadodara, Nashik, Nagpur and other locations across North and South India.

• Teach Mathematics for Foundation, IIT-JEE Main or JEE Advanced batches.
• Deliver concept-based, problem-solving and examination-focused classroom sessions.
• Prepare DPPs, assignments, worksheets, tests and revision material.
• Conduct doubt-solving, test-analysis and revision sessions.
• Train students in advanced problem-solving techniques and time management.
• Monitor student performance and provide improvement plans.
• Complete the syllabus according to the academic calendar.
• Mentor students for strong ranks and competitive examination success.

• Strong command of Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, 3D Geometry and other JEE topics.
• Relevant experience teaching Foundation or IIT-JEE students.
• Excellent classroom delivery and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify difficult concepts and solve advanced-level problems.
• Strong understanding of current JEE examination patterns.
• Proven student results will be preferred.
• IIT, NIT, IISER and reputed university graduates will be preferred for selected positions.

2–12 years , depending on the programme and location.

Exceptional JEE Advanced faculty with strong results, premium academic backgrounds and excellent demo performance may be offered compensation up to ₹45 LPA .
