Lead - Copywriter - Job Description

As a Lead - Copywriter, you will be responsible for shaping Kushal's brand voice and leading the development of compelling campaigns, content and communication across all customer touchpoints.

tOwn and evolve Kushal's brand voice across campaigns, digital platforms and customer communications

.Develop messaging frameworks and copy guidelines that position the brand as contemporary, aspirational and culturally relevant

.Create engaging content that builds emotional connections while supporting business objectives

.Creative & Campaign Leadershi

pLead the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail and video platforms

.Write and oversee copy for brand films, campaign films, launch campaigns, social media, website content, email marketing and retail communication

.Develop impactful taglines, headlines, scripts, campaign messaging and calls-to-action

.Performance & Consumer Communicatio

nDevelop and oversee conversion-focused copy for performance ads, landing pages, CRM communication, promotional campaigns and website content

.Partner with performance marketing teams to create messaging that balances brand storytelling with business objectives

.Translate consumer insights, market trends and cultural moments into relevant and engaging communication
