Job Summary: The Crew Supervisor will direct, work hands-on with, supervise and manage maintenance work crews for Chrysalis Enterprises’ (CE) contract with various city, state and county government agencies. The work crews will be assigned to California State Highways/Right of Ways and work in partnership and at the direction of local Caltrans maintenance personnel. Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Team Leadership: Train and coach employees on job duties, proper uniform, equipment, and other pertinent areas Act as a mentor to CE transitional employees by coaching and recognizing them on their performance with consistent documentation and evaluations Support the CE transitional employees transition program and assist with the implementation of the program Supervise
