Role Description

The Marketing Communications Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves drafting and coordinating marketing communications across channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, website copy, and product messaging. The associate will support brand storytelling, and ensure consistent messaging aligned with Unifers.ai’s positioning. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives, responding to customer inquiries in coordination with customer-facing teams, and supporting events or campaigns with promotional content.

The role also includes monitoring communication performance, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Communications and Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns and brand messaging.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support customer-facing communications and maintain a professional, empathetic tone.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, familiarity with AI or data-driven products, and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
