Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries Follow up consistently with potential patients Schedule consultations and appointments Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up timelines Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong follow-up mindset and ability to
