About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand communication.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, social media teams, and account managers to develop campaign ideas.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Create static posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, and other digital assets.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas to the table.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, advertising, media, or creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
• Knowledge and/or other design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying solely on templates.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have:

• Motion graphics/video editing skills.
• Basic understanding of AI design tools.
• Experience working on social media campaigns and digital-first content.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
