Position: On-site
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is looking for a Recruitment Lead who can lead, inspire, and build a strong team of recruiters focused on non-technical roles— including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations .
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals for US-based positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the US market.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.n
- Monitor team performance through metrics and optimize hiring processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in a team management role.
- Proven track record in US hiring, especially for non-technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) to align with US hours.
