Position: Clinician (Licensed & Unlicensed)
Location: Lake City, FL

• Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and maintain clinical documentation
• Support clients in the early stages of recovery within a structured treatment environment

• Unlicensed Clinicians: $24.46/hr (plus applicable program-specific incentives, including community-based additives for eligible positions)
• Licensed Clinicians: $66,000–$71,000+ annually (based on years licensed)
• Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 available for select programs and locations
• Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
• Experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred
