Cone Health is seeking a Carelink Transport RN to provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients during inter-facility and intra-facility transports across our Piedmont Triad network. This role coordinates with physicians, EMS, and hospital teams to ensure seamless transitions of care, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions. The RN will operate transport and monitoring equipment, maintain detailed documentation, follow strict safety and infection-prevention protocols, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
