Role Description

The Paid Assistant will gain hands-on exposure across GST and tax compliance, TDS compliance, MIS and management reporting, accounting and financial reporting, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.

The role involves supporting day-to-day client assignments, preparing and reviewing financial information, assisting with reporting and compliance requirements, and working closely with senior team members. It is ideal for someone looking to strengthen practical accounting and taxation knowledge while developing analytical, reporting, and professional skills in a structured work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru .

Qualifications

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and compliance
• Comfortable with MS Excel, accounting software, and data handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commerce, accounting, finance, or related educational background
• Professional qualifications or relevant practical exposure will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a professional environment
