We are looking for a GM – Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a luxury jewellery manufacturing business .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations.
• Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery .
• Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs.
• Drive loss control and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards.
• Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Ideal Candidate

• 18+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing / luxury fabrication .
• Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products .
• Technical background with strong plant operations experience.
• Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership .
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
