Role Description The Implementation Associate will be responsible for supporting new client onboarding and ensuring successful deployment of Setlmint’s platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves coordinating with clients to understand their business processes, configuring the product to meet their requirements, and working closely with internal teams to manage integrations with accounting systems and banking partners. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, assisting in system setup and testing, troubleshooting implementation issues, and providing training and guidance to client users. The Implementation Associate will monitor project timelines, prepare status reports, and help optimize client workflows to achieve faster go-live and strong adoption of the platform.

Qualifications
- Ability to understand and map business processes, especially in finance and accounting operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing implementation and integration issues.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) and basic understanding of banking integrations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple implementation projects and documentation.
- Comfort with technology platforms, data handling, and testing configurations in a SaaS or product environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and engage directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in implementation, client onboarding, product support, or consulting is an advantage.
- Interest in AI-driven financial technology and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
