Your new role Deliver high-quality energy analysis to clients with minimal oversightDelegate tasks effectively to junior team membersDevelop and articulate value propositions based on limited client informationCommunicate concisely and logically with clients and project stakeholdersCollaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to implement energy projects
What you'll need to succeed Proficiency in energy modeling software and spreadsheetsStrong understanding of energy economicsExcellent client communication and management skillsKnowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning processesFamiliarity with NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of energy project finance and funding methods
