Our client is seeking a Commercial/Sale Manager with experience in the seed industry to be responsible for driving market expansion in the African agricultural sector. This person will lead the aggressive scaling of their seed vertical across East, Central, and Southern Africa.

This is a high-impact, P&L-ownership role where you will lead market entry strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and build high-performance teams to capture significant market share in a competitive landscape.

Requirements include:

• Degree: Relevant Business/Commercial qualification (Agribusiness preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years' recent experience in seed industry Business Development .
• Location: Open to relocation to Africa (essential).
• Language: Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Advantageous: Previous tenure at Seed Co, Corteva, Bayer, Syngenta , or equivalent multinational seed houses.
