JOB DESCRIPTION Our Purpose Title and Summary Manager, TaxOverview: -The Manager, Tax Accounting and Reporting will support the preparation of the interim and annual tax provision and footnote disclosures included in the interim and annual SEC reporting (Forms 10Q and 10K). - This role will also include the preparation of tax adjustments reported in the consolidated US federal tax return and other federal tax filings, as needed. - Familiarity with tax provision and return preparation software, preferably OneSource Tax Provision and Corptax Compliance, desired. - Assist in the execution of the overall tax strategy and tax department policies. - Reports to Corporate tax team. - Hybrid 3 days per week in Mastercard's Gurgaon office.
