You will work closely with founders and key decision-makers across both target companies and the buyer ecosystem, giving you direct exposure to some of the most influential and high-impact leaders across the global business landscape.


Role Overview


We are looking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst – Execution to work on deal support and transaction execution . This role offers hands-on exposure to live M&A transactions, market research, buyer outreach support, Information Memorandums (IMs), and financial models.


The role is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in high-quality advisory and investment banking .


Key Responsibilities


1. Origination & Market Research

  • Conduct detailed research on strategic buyers, PE-backed platforms, and technology services firms
  • Build and maintain buyer lists and market maps across Data, Cloud, ERP, AI and adjacent tech services
  • Track market trends, recent transactions, and comparable deal activity


2. Outreach & Pipeline Support

  • Support founder-led outreach by drafting professional emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Manage follow-ups, responses
  • Track NDAs, expressions of interest, and engagement status
  • Prepare concise briefing notes ahead of meetings and calls


3. Transaction Execution Support

  • Assist in preparation and updating of Information Memorandums (IMs), including:
  • Company overview
  • Service offerings
  • Market positioning
  • Support financial modelling activities such as:
  • Revenue and cost build-ups
  • Client-wise revenue analysis
  • Scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Maintain clean, structured Excel models and professional presentation materials


4. Process & Data Management

  • Maintain organized deal trackers, data rooms, and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across research, outreach, and deal materials
  • Support internal process standardisation and best practices


Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
  • Investment banking / boutique advisory
  • Consulting or strategy
  • Transaction advisory / Big 4
  • Strong academic background:
  • MBA (Finance), CA, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
