We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Wellness Chef to manage the preparation of nutritious, balanced and wellness-focused meals for an UHNW client. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of healthy cooking, diet-based meal planning, nutrition-focused cuisine and special dietary requirements, along with experience in premium hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare healthy, nutritious and well-balanced meals based on individual dietary requirements.

Develop customized daily/weekly wellness meal plans in consultation with the client, nutritionist or dietitian.

Strong understanding of calorie-controlled, low-carb, high-protein, low-sodium and clean-eating diets.

Prepare meals using fresh, seasonal and high-quality ingredients while maintaining nutritional value.

Handle special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly and allergy-sensitive meals.

Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, portion control and presentation.

Keep updated knowledge of nutrition trends, wellness cuisine and healthy cooking techniques.

Maintain accurate records of ingredients, meal plans and dietary preferences.

Coordinate with household staff, nutritionists, dietitians and other culinary professionals when required.

Ensure complete confidentiality and discretion while working for the UHNW client.

Maintain a clean, organized and professional kitchen environment.

Candidate Profile

Hotel Management / Culinary qualification preferred.

5+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, private households or premium residential kitchens.
