Inizio Engage is seeking a Nurse Navigator to guide patients through complex biotech and pharmaceutical therapies. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing education on treatment plans, side effects, and self-management while coordinating with providers, pharmacies, and payers to reduce access barriers. You will monitor adherence, support reimbursement processes, and document interactions using digital tools. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven culture, you’ll help design patient-centered experiences and contribute to improved healthcare outcomes.
