We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Phoenix team.
The RoleAs a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and sales campaigns while developing practical experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and business development.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members, receive hands-on training, and interact directly with customers while representing our clients and their brands.
What You’ll DoRepresent clients and brands professionally in customer-facing environmentsEngage with customers and prospective customers to create positive experiencesSupport marketing campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, and customer acquisitionCommunicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidentlyBuild positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer serviceSupport sales and business development activitiesParticipate in events and face-to-face promotional campaignsWork with the team to achieve campaign, customer engagement, and sales goalsAssist with campaign preparation, execution, and customer feedbackParticipate in ongoing training and professional development
