Job Description:

• Providing training in curriculum implementation
• Conducting center visits for operational support
• Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
• Orientation programs for parents and teachers
• Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
• Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
• Ensuring regular teacher training at the assigned centers
• Maintaining centers as per LMEPL norms

Desired Skills:

• Excellent command over English and Marathi
• Should be familiar with the preschool industry
• Preschool Franchising knowledge will be an added advantage
• The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days a month
• Well-versed with early childhood curriculum
