Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books for Canada-based clients using proficient accounting software. Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals. Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany entries. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycles effectively. Set up and maintain Xero charts of accounts according to client requirements. Handle property management accounting for real estate clients, including rental income recording and lease schedule maintenance. Requirements: Minimum 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with international clients. Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeepin
