Job Description

• Design and layout of various platform and formats such as digital (eCRM, website, banner, interactive PDF, display sales presentation)

• Good knowledge of the eCommerce environment and design (Amazon and other e-retailers' listings)

• Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.

• Projects based on the received brief.

• Working on adaptations, locations according to the master materials.

• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

• Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Work in an international environment for global clients.

• Adapt campaigns and digital materials to the design solutions used by the agency's clients.

Qualifications

•3- 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects.

• Proven experience working in an eCommerce environment for Amazon or other e-retailers

• Experience working with large brands or within a large agency environment is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Firefly)

• Proficiency in leading AI-driven design tools, with the ability to craft effective prompts and leverage generative AI to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design quality.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.

• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.

• Good command of English in speaking and writing.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
