Department: Kitchen Cuisine: Kerala & Continental Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen. Key Responsibilities: • Independently prepare assigned dishes following standard recipes. • Complete mise en place before service. • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. • Monitor ingredient quality and storage. • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control. • Guide and support junior kitchen staff. • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed. • Coordinate with senior chefs during service.
