Position: Cyber Security PMO & Security Governance Specialist

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Kolkata (Client Site - Full-Time Onsite)

Industry: Banking / Financial Services (Indian Banks)

CTC : 14LPA


Role Overview

The Cyber Security PMO & Security Governance Specialist The role primarily focuses on project management, vendor coordination, transition management, requirement validation, implementation governance, and user acceptance activities rather than hands-on tool administration. The candidate must have the knowledge of the tools like SIEM, SOAR, NAC, PIM/PAM, GRC, and UEBA.


Candidate should minimum possess working knowledge and understanding of the following technologies:

  • Security Information & Event Management (SIEM)
  • Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR)
  • Network Access Control (NAC)
  • Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
  • User & Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA)
  • Security Operations Centre (SOC) Processes
  • Information Security Governance Frameworks


Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, SOC, GRC, Security Consulting, or Security PMO activities.
  • Experience managing technology implementation projects.
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience preparing project documentation and governance reports.
  • Experience in SIT/UAT planning and execution.
  • Experience working with Indian banking, financial services, or insurance organizations is preferred.


Educational Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
  • MBA (IT/Systems) will be an added advantage.
