LI-Hybrid Key responsibilities You will be mainly accountable for: Perform general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. Support to fulfill internal controls and audit requirements through effective documentation and control execution. Monitor financial data quality, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution of accounting issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process harmonization, and finance digitalization projects. Support finance transformation projects, including company code mergers and related data and process harmonization activities. Qualifications for the role Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (IHK Bilanzbuchalter for Germany) Experience in general accounting and financial reporting Knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Fluent in English - written and spoken, German language skills are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively in project and transformation environments Benefits Retirement Plan Employee Share Acquisition Plan Flexible Work Practices Job Bike Canteen Please note: in the case of equal suitability, people with severe disabilities and their equals are given preference.
