AbouttheProject The Schooltransformationprojectaimstostrengthenaclusterofgovernmentschoolsthroughaholisticschool improvementapproachbyfocusingon:  Strengtheningschoolleadership  Buildingfuture-readySTEMlearningenvironments  Enhancingclassroomteachingandlearning  ImprovingWASHinfrastructureandhygienepractices  Creatingsustainablesystemsforschoolimprovement Your Role As MentorSchoolTransformation,youwillbeacatalystforchange,workingdirectlywithschoolstotranslateideas into action. Youwill: 1. DriveSchoolTransformation  Supportimplementationacrosseight governmentschools.  Visitschoolsregularlytomentorteachersandschoolleaders.  FacilitateclassroomdemonstrationsandpromoteengagingSTEMlearning.  Helpschoolssolveimplementationchallengesandachieveprojectmilestones. 2. BuildCapacity  Supporttrainingprogrammesforteachersandschoolleaders.  Facilitateclustermeetings,workshops,exposurevisits,andlearningcommunities.  Encourageinnovationandcontinuousimprovementacrossschools. 3. StrengthenSTEM&Innovation  SupporttheestablishmentandeffectiveuseofSTEMLabs.  PromoteComputationalThinking,inquiry-basedlearning, andhands-onclassroomexperiences.  Help teachers integrate STEM into everyday teaching. 4. Monitor Progress  Collect data and document project outcomes.  Prepare progress reports and implementation updates.  Support project reviews and external evaluations. 5. Build Partnerships  Workcloselywithteachers,schoolleaders,governmentofficials,andprojectpartners.  CoordinatewithBlockEducationOfficersandothereducationstakeholders.  Represent Muktangan during school and community engagements. Qualifications  Master’sdegreeinComputerScience,ComputerApplication,Mathematics,Physics,Chemistry,Electronicsor Bachelor’sDegreeinEngineering,Design,Architectureorarelateddisciplineisamust.  D.Ed.,B.Ed.,org Master'sdegree will be an advantage.  Certification in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, Computational Thinking, Design Thinking,or Maker Education is desirable. Experience  3-5years of experience in education, STEM, teacher development,or school transformation.  Experience working with government schools or NGOs is preferred.  Experienceconductingworkshopsorteachertrainingwillbeanaddedadvantage. Skills  Knowledge of STEM education, Computational Thinking, inquiry-based and project-based learning.  Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.  Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.  Strong planning, documentation, and coordination skills.  Willingness to travel extensively to schools.
