Counselling Psychologist

We’re Hiring: Counselling Psychologist (Full-Time, On-site | Mumbai) At Kare Counselling, we’re growing our team and are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and evidence-based Counselling Psychologist to join us in Mumbai. Location: Girgaon Chowpatty, Mumbai Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Monday–Saturday) About the Role: You’ll work with adults and young adults, providing evidence-based psychotherapy while collaborating closely with a team that values ethical, culturally sensitive, and client-centred care. Areas of Work: * Individual psychotherapy for adults and young adults * Anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions * Self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation * Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy * In-person counselling sessions Requirements: * Internationally trained in Psychology/Counselling * Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience * Experience in Marriage & Family Therapy * Strong clinical, ethical, and interpersonal skills * A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning Key Responsibilities: * Conduct individual therapy sessions * Develop and implement personalised treatment plans * Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation * Collaborate with the Kare Counselling team on treatment approaches * Participate in regular supervision and case discussions * Refer clients to psychiatrists or other specialists when appropriate If you’re looking to be part of a practice that values warmth, integrity, evidence-based care, and making quality mental health support more accessible, we’d love to hear from you.
