Experience: 6+ years

Location- Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and define the core target audience across demographics, psychographics, behaviours, attitudes, and cultural mindsets.
• Develop consumer and cultural insights to shape brand development, communication, and product/platform ideation.
• Build brand positioning, architecture, brand platforms, and value propositions.
• Develop clear and compelling creative briefs, including communication objectives and messaging hierarchy.
• Work across ATL, Digital, Social, and integrated communication channels, including different markets and regions.
• Stay closely connected to popular culture, consumer trends, social media, and emerging cultural movements.
• Identify relevant trends and translate them into meaningful opportunities for brands.
• Partner with the Account Director to lead client relationships and act as a senior strategic partner.
• Present and sell strategic recommendations and ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior strategic planning talent.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and its application to strategy.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, culture, and trends.
• Excellent critical, analytical, creative, and lateral thinking skills.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of social media and digital developments.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
