Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio & Experience Cloud Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading OmniStudio development, providing technical solutions, guiding the development team, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the OmniStudio development team and provide technical direction and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio .
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, and Flows .
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Work with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures .
- Configure and develop solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud .
- Handle asynchronous processing , sharing rules, Salesforce security, approval processes, and workflow automation.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, code reviews, and solution design.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance considerations.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with:
- OmniScripts
- FlexCards
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Triggers
- Strong experience with LWC and Aura
- Experience with Salesforce Integration
- Experience with Asynchronous Apex/processing
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Rules
- Experience with Approval Processes and Workflow Rules
- Ability to lead OmniStudio development and provide technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant , or related certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical workstreams.
