Responsibilities:Own the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to reference checks and offer negotiationsWelcome new hires with payroll/benefits orientation and set them up for successAdvise leaders on recruitment strategies and best practicesBuild strong relationships with managers to stay ahead of hiring needsCoordinate with third-party recruiting agencies to support talent acquisition efforts, manage candidate submissions, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring processResearch market trends and keep us competitive on salaries, benefits, and practicesDevelop and implement creative ways to attract top talentSupport HR with employee records, performance xzbcwsv reviews, and other key projects
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required1+ years of experience within same or similar roleBilingual in Spanish a big plusA passion for recruitment and an understanding of HR processesStrong communication skills - you can connect with anyone, anywhereAbility to handle confidential information with careProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
