Demand Generation Manager (B2B SaaS | Paid Marketing) Experience: 6–8 Years Location: Hyderabad About Runo Runo is a call management platform that helps businesses track, manage, and improve their sales calls. Role Overview We’re looking for someone to drive pipeline and lead generation through paid channels . This is a hands-on role focused on: LinkedIn Ads Google Ads (Search Display) Meta Ads Strong preference for candidates with B2B / SaaS lead generation experience (not D2C/e-commerce) What You’ll Do Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Drive high-quality leads and marketing pipeline growth Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and conversion rates Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages Track performance and share insights with marketing & sales teams What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaigns Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics Experience in B2B companies is a must Good to Have Experience in SaaS or product companies Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms Why This Role Direct impact on revenue and pipeline growth Work closely with founders and sales team High ownership fast execution environment Note: Our budget for this role is up to Rs 15 LPA , depending on experience and fit.
