We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Helper in Trichy, Tamil Nadu . Key Responsibilities

• Assist team members with routine day-to-day operational activities.
  
• Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of materials as required.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
  
• Arrange tools, materials, and supplies for daily work activities.
  
• Follow workplace safety instructions and established procedures.
  
• Assist skilled workers and supervisors with assigned tasks.
  
• Handle materials carefully to minimize damage and wastage.
  
• Complete assigned duties promptly and report issues to the supervisor.
  

Required Skills

1. General Assistance — Ability to support routine operational activities.
   
2. Material Handling — Ability to safely move and organize materials.
   
3. Workplace Safety — Basic understanding of safe working practices.
   
4. Physical Stamina — Ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with helper work.
   
5. Team Support — Ability to follow instructions and coordinate with coworkers.
   

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with tools and equipment.
  
• Experience in loading/unloading or general support work.
  
• Ability to organize materials and maintain a clean workspace.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. Freshers may be considered within the stated experience range. Previous experience in helper, general labour, material-handling, or operational-support work can be useful.
