Phaedra Solutions is looking for a passionate and skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6+ years of experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members. Experience in backend development or exposure to full-stack workflows is a strong plus. Candidates who use AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor to streamline their work will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile apps.
• Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor to improve workflows and reduce repetitive coding tasks.

Code Quality & Testing

• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across platforms.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
• Collaborate efficiently with remote team members across time zones.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning using Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Use Git for version control and follow team conventions.
• Stay current with trends in React Native and mobile development.
• Explore AI-based tools to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Recommend UI/UX or architectural improvements.
• Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in React Native mobile app development.
• Experience deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with tools like Expo, Redux, and Firebase is a plus.
• Experience with native modules, push notifications, and deep linking is preferred.
• Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, etc.) is a plus.

Skills

• Strong command of React Native CLI and mobile architecture.
• Knowledge of mobile design principles and optimization techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and remote teams.
