We're hiring a data-driven, AI-enabled Medical Billing Lead / Manager to lead our billing team. Much of our billing work runs on AI and automation tools, and you'll help us use them well.
What you'll do- Lead and support the billing team- Make sure visits and surgeries are billed quickly and accurately- Manage denials, appeals and A/R- Use data and AI tools to move, process and analyze billing information- Track results and improve processes
What you bring- 3+ years of medical billing experience, ideally including team leadership- Strong CPT, ICD-10 and payer knowledge- Data-driven, with strong spreadsheet and reporting skills- Comfortable using AI tools and automation in daily work- Clear communication
Pay and xzbcwsv benefits- $80,000 - $125,000 per year, plus a performance bonus- Medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays- Full-time, on-site in East Rutherford, NJ- Title and level based on experience
