This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to join a collaborative, highly regarded team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolutionProvide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staffMaintain high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaborationConduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts that attract high-caliber clienteleHelp evolve firm systems, policies, and best practices to support continued operational growth and client service excellenceQualificationsActive New York bar license in good standing5 to 10 years of family law experienceStrong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom xzbcwsv advocacy skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth mattersLeadership and mentoring experienceWhat We OfferBase salary of $140,000 – $200,000, depending on experiencePerformance bonusFull benefits packageHybrid schedule (four days on-site, one day remote)A collaborative boutique environment with real influence on firm growth
